Shipping Process:
We're here to make sure your items reach you in no time. We collaborate with major carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to offer flexible shipping options. If you place your order from Monday to Friday, we’ll have it on its way within 24 to 72 hours. Remember, while our digital doors are always open, our team takes a breather on Saturdays and Sundays. Rest assured, any orders placed over the weekend will be promptly processed the next business day.
Delivery Process:
We’re all about bringing convenience right to your doorstep. Choose the 'Delivery' option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to pin down the perfect time to drop off your order. We want to be as clear as crystal, so keep in mind that there might be minimum order requirements and additional fees for delivery. But don’t fret, we’ll lay out all the details during checkout so there are no surprises.
Pick-Up Process:
Are you in the neighborhood? Swing by and say hi while picking up your order! We offer pick-up times on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Just make sure to order ahead so we can have everything ready for you when you arrive. We’ll send you a confirmation as soon as your items are ready to go.
